Snapzle — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Snapzle ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The app

Snapzle lets you turn your own photos, and a set of curated images, into jigsaw puzzles that you assemble on your device. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you use. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you turn into a puzzle. Because your photos stay on your device and are never uploaded, we never receive, store, or claim any rights to them.

4. Curated images

The bundled curated images are original works provided by Craft Studio for use within the app. You may play with them inside Snapzle but may not extract, redistribute, or resell them as standalone assets.

5. Subscriptions (Snapzle Plus)

Snapzle offers an optional subscription, Snapzle Plus, which unlocks higher piece counts, the full curated gallery, board themes, and the daily archive.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
A lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Personal-photo puzzles at the base piece counts are free and are never paywalled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to create puzzles from content you do not have the right to use.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
